Yolanda Jenkins is the co-founder and CEO of TNS Kickball: National Kickball Series (formerly TNSTP Kickball). She is also the founder and CEO of Women Major League Kickball (WMLK), a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to empowering women in sports and elevating the competitive landscape of women’s kickball.

Jenkins is the visionary behind the Kickball World Games, now recognized as the World Kickball Federation, an international event uniting teams from across the globe to compete at the highest level. Her leadership and passion for sports development extend beyond the field—she previously served as director of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR), where she supported more than 300,000 troops in Iraq. From 2003 to 2015, she organized large-scale tournaments and events, working closely with the USO to create meaningful recreational experiences for service members stationed overseas. With a career defined by innovation, service, and community building, Jenkins continues to shape the future of kickball both nationally and internationally.
