Tiffany Meehan is the founder and CEO of Full Circle Access, a guest-experience platform designed to help live-event venues better understand and serve their guests. Full Circle Access focuses on personalizing the live-event experience by helping guests communicate their needs and preferences while giving venues actionable information to improve service and operations.

Meehan is a disabled professional with expertise spanning accessibility, strategic marketing and universal design. Her career includes experience in government, technology startups and nonprofit organizations, including serving as a policy advisor with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy.
