In his current role as the managing director of event and development for the Junior Volleyball Association, Steve Bailey oversees 12 national level events as well as 25 others that are run by different event organizations. Bailey is entering year 24 within the sport of volleyball, a career that has ranged from high school coach to club coach/director to college coach, which led him to become a tournament director.
