Stefanie Korepin

Chief Programs Officer, USA Gymnastics

Stefanie Korepin has served as USA Gymnastics’ chief programs officer since 2019, drawing on her lifelong involvement in the sport as an athlete, judge, committee member and former Board member. She oversees all gymnastics disciplines and the events department, directing programming from grassroots participation to the Olympic level.

Under her leadership, U.S. gymnastics have earned record-breaking success on the international stage, and her team delivered Gymnastics City USA in 2024—an unprecedented multi-discipline event that combined the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, USA Gymnastics Championships, and Gymnastics for All Gymfest. The event became the most profitable in USA Gymnastics history.

A former elite rhythmic gymnast, Korepin represented Team USA at the 1998 World Championships and the 1999 Pan American Games. She previously built a career in the energy sector, advancing large-scale power and renewable energy projects. She holds a B.S. in quantitative economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
