Sarah Dyer is a powerful executive and hospitality industry veteran whose focus on operational efficiencies and processes has helped catapult EventConnect’s growth. As the senior director of operations with EventConnect, Dyer leads a growing team of dedicated account managers, hotel specialists, coordinators and the customer success team that oversees the needs of 400+ partners, nine major hotel chains, a network of over 20,000 hotels, and provides best-in-class customer service.
As a former Alpine ski racer and coach, Dyer is engaged in several nonprofit organizations, including Girl Guides of Canada and local sports organizations. As a wife and mother of two girls, she is always on her toes and having fun! In her day-to-day role, Dyer is committed to ensuring that event owners, destinations, governing bodies, and venues/facilities have the best value to offer participants while ensuring that hotels and cities have access to critical data.
