Michael Retcher serves as a senior leader at USA Diving, overseeing key initiatives related to governance, membership strategy, major events, and organizational operations. He works closely with staff, committees, and the Board of Directors to support strategic planning, policy development, membership growth, and the delivery of national events, including Olympic and international pathway competitions. Rechter also leads efforts to modernize business processes and strengthen collaboration through digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
