Megan Doster is in her fifth year with the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where she currently leads Community & Cultural Impact for ecosystem partners, focusing on NGB, Collegiate and Affiliated Organizations. Doster previously spent about a decade working at the intersection of sport & music at major venues and arenas in Philadelphia, Toronto and Columbus, Ohio. Prior to her time in the music industry, Doster worked in collegiate athletics at Ohio University and spent time with Florida Citrus Sports in Orlando bringing collegiate bowl games to life.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University with a minor in Sports Management.
