Mark Little is an experienced regional human resources director with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry. Skilled in operations management, ADP payroll, labor relations, management and interviewing, he is a strong military and protective services professional with a BSBHRM focused in human resources management and services from University of Phoenix.

Little’s commitment to sports and diversity goes beyond his time on the softball diamond. At Cintas Corporation, he has been a catalyst in creating a partnership between Cintas and International Pride Softball through the company’s sponsorship of International Pride’s Gay Softball World Series in 2021, 2022 and 2023. 

In addition to having DEI mission and vision statements, Cintas has a partner business resource group dedicated to DEI work, with Little serving as the PBRG vice president and upcoming president elect.
