Joe Delagrave brings both lived experience as a Paralympic athlete and extensive experience as a coach and leader in wheelchair rugby. After a boating accident during his freshman year of college resulted in a spinal cord injury and quadriplegia, Delagrave discovered wheelchair rugby during rehabilitation. He went on to become a two-time Paralympic medalist before transitioning from competition into coaching. He currently serves as head coach of the USA Wheelchair Rugby National Team.
