Jeremy Leifel is an accomplished hospitality leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic growth in the sports travel and tourism industry. As managing director of Hilton’s sports and entertainment verticals, he leads a dynamic team driving Hilton’s strategic expansion across these high-impact markets. His innovative approach has helped elevate Hilton’s market share and deepen its influence within the global sports travel ecosystem.

Prior to this role, he held leadership positions at Hilton and the Greater Columbus Sports Commission, where he forged key partnerships with major sports organizations and consistently surpassed targets. His work has transformed intermediary relationships and unlocked new growth opportunities.

Leifel is a two-time recipient of Hilton’s Circle of Excellence and a graduate of Hilton’s Harvard Business School Lead programs. He brings a global lens to his work through international business experience in Spain and Italy, and he’s deeply committed to mentorship and civic leadership through organizations like Leadership Columbus.

He holds a bachelor of science in organizational business management and Spanish from Northern Illinois University and is conversationally fluent in Spanish and Italian. Jeremy lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
