Jamie Davis is an accomplished C-level executive with a proven track record of transforming global media, sports, and e-commerce organizations. With more than three decades of leadership experience — including 12 years living and working across Asia Davis brings a unique combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and cultural fluency. Currently serving as CEO of USA Water Polo, Davis leads the organization's strategic direction and daily operations, driving growth in partnerships, branding, and Olympic development programs. 

Previously, as President and CEO of USA Volleyball, Davis steered the organization through two Olympic cycles, delivering the largest operating surplus in its history — while the teams won a collective four gold, one silver and one bronze Olympic and Paralympic medals. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions across leading global companies. As president of Fanatics, Inc., he helped establish the world's largest online retailer of licensed sports merchandise, securing billion-dollar partnerships with major leagues and teams. As president of Comcast's Versus Network, he grew ratings, revenues, and profitability, while launching new sports properties and digital platforms.
