Erich Groezinger joined the NWBA National Office staff in the Spring of 2024, after spending time previously with USA Triathlon. In his role as director of membership and events, he serves at the primary point of contact for all membership initiatives as well as all event and program management. He comes from a background in sport performance, having spent the last decade working with the Miami University Athletic Department. He has a bachelor of science and a master of science in exercise science from Miami University as well as an MBA from Babson College.
