Eric Skufca leads the Financial Business Units of USA Swimming and the USA Swimming Foundation, which encompass Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Compliance, Risk Management, IT Operations, Treasury, Purchasing, and Travel.  He came to USA Swimming in December 2018 from Kroenke Sports & Entertainment where he held leadership positions as financial controller and internal audit manager, overseeing general ledger and financial reporting as well as the audit and analysis teams. Previously, he was a senior audit accountant at Deloitte, serving both public and private clients within the manufacturing, energy, financial services, and hospitality industries.
