Declan Farmer is one of the most accomplished athletes in Paralympic sport and is widely regarded as one of the greatest sled hockey players of all time. A four-time Paralympian and four-time Paralympic gold medalist, Farmer set a record with 15 goals and 26 points at the 2026 Paralympic Games in Milan Cortina while becoming the leading scorer in Paralympic sled hockey history and earning tournament MVP honors.

Born with a congenital bilateral limb difference, Farmer discovered sled hockey at age 9 near his hometown of Tampa, Florida. Just five years later, at 14, he earned a spot on the U.S. National Team, becoming one of the youngest players ever selected. Away from the rink, Farmer is passionate about growing the Paralympic movement and creating opportunities for the next generation of adaptive athletes. He serves on the Team USA Athletes' Commission and as an Athlete Director on the USA Hockey Congress, advocating for athletes and helping shape the future of the sport.
