Dawna Callahan is an award-winning sport executive and disability advocate with more than 20 years of professional experience in adapted sport. She founded All In Sport Consulting in 2017, where she advises sports organizations, communities and event stakeholders on expanding opportunities and creating more inclusive experiences for people with disabilities.  

Her career includes leadership roles with the Challenged Athletes Foundation and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee. At the USOPC, she worked in both the Paralympic Military Program and Sport Outreach and Development, helping expand the Paralympic Movement across the United States. 

A competitive wheelchair racer, Callahan has completed numerous road races and marathons, including four Boston Marathons. She is also the recipient of Sports Business Journal's 2023 Game Changer Award and was named to the 2026 Forbes Accessibility List.
