David Patterson is the senior governance advisor at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee.  In that role, he works with all 50 NGBs as well as internally with the USOPC on all governance matters, ranging from compliance to optimal organization design in sport organizations. Prior to working at the USOPC, he worked in multisport games in Canada, with the Canadian Olympic Committee and led two Canadian NGBs as the CEO.
