2023 Presenters

Becky Harsch is a national account manager at Visit KC, the Kansas City area’s largest organization dedicated to tourism. She is primarily responsible for sports groups and has been on the forefront of Kansas City’s emergence as a premier sports destination, welcoming events from the NFL Draft and the Big 12 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships to a consistent roster of high school and collegiate volleyball tournaments. Her work was also integral in securing KC’s place as a FIFA World Cup 2026 host city.

She has 30 years of destination and hotel sales experience, including 22 years with Visit KC and a prior senior sales position with the Westin Crown Center. She has attained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Sports Tourism Strategist (STS) designation and is a board member of Sports ETA. Harsch is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she majored in hotel administration.
