Amanda Shank is the executive vice president of strategic initiatives at Unrivaled Sports, a company redefining the youth sports experience. The company has rapidly expanded its footprint, bringing together premier venues, national tournaments, and industry-leading partnerships to provide unrivaled sport experiences to young athletes everywhere. Properties include Ripken Baseball, Cooperstown All Star Village, and ForeverLawn Sports Complex at the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village, among others. 

Prior to Unrivaled Sports, she played a key role in driving growth and partnerships at Ripken Baseball and the NFL Players Association. She also serves on the board of the Sports & Entertainment Corporation of Maryland and University of Maryland’s Sports Management Alumni Board, as well as the Sports Events & Tourism Association.
