Adam Wood

Director of Performance Pathway, U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee

Currently serving as the director of the performance pathway with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Adam Wood works at the nexus of Team USA and collegiate athletics to strengthen and support the pathway for athletes of today and tomorrow. Prior to joining the USOPC in December 2019, he spent nearly a decade working in and around college athletics with the Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality (RISE) and Summit Athletic Media.
